To get the event password please contact us at info@lastingmemoriesweb.com  or the event organizer.

 

On a normall basis an event is online for 6 months.

 

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add new photos as new events become available. 

 

This allows you to save pictures for e-mailing to family and friends, or save for later checkout.

 

Are there any restrictions on my use of the lastingmemorieswebstore.com photos that I download?
Yes. While lastingmemorieswebstore.com offers great freedom and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. All the images are copyright protected by Lasting Memories.

 

To order prints included in your package, please e-mail us the file number, size and quantity. We will process the order manually, we can also ship them for you all you have to pay is s&h.

 

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because, before you purchase the picture a thumbnail is displayed to enssure you are ordering the right picture. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

 

Once weh have received your order, it is shipped out within 2-3 working days.
